The Product Launchpad is a 6-10 week program which follows a carefully curated set of activities to take you from the seed of an idea to an evidence backed concept solution.
How does the program work?
The program is split into three sections:
People: Understand your users and their problems
Planet: Understand the environmental considerations for your anticipated use case
Product: Conceptualise a solution
What does it involve?
- Kick-off meeting to understand your goals and current status
- Interactive workshops (either remote or in person) to explore your idea
- User/Stakeholder engagement to validate your ideas
- Product launch pack comprising detailed documentation of the first two research phases, and conceptual designs produced by Matt
How to apply?
- Due to the fast paced nature of the program, we are only able to accept a limited number of applicants each month
- Also due to the collaborative nature of the program and the type of activities involved, its important to make sure that we are a good fit for each other
